Absolutely. We offer secure online sessions via Zoom for clients across Ontario and throughout Canada. Distance is not a barrier to getting the help you need.
Fees vary depending on the type and length of service. Please contact us for detailed pricing. Many extended health insurance plans and Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) provide coverage for our services. We also offer sliding-scale options for those without insurance.
Private counselling services are not covered by OHIP. However, most workplace benefit plans, EAP programs, and NIHB (Non-Insured Health Benefits for First Nations and Inuit) may provide full or partial coverage.
Recovery is a deeply personal journey. On average, our structured outpatient program runs 8–16 weeks, with follow-up sessions available as needed. We focus on sustainable, long-term recovery rather than quick fixes.
Your first session is an intake assessment. We'll discuss your history, current challenges, and goals. There's no pressure — just a conversation to understand how we can best support you. You set the pace.
